We've quit our day jobs

Yep, we've become official tour guides. Free for any family or friends. You just have to put up with us for a week.
We had a great visit with my little sister Maryanne and her friend Ashley this past week. Actually, as I'm writing this, they will have just taken off to go back home.
It all started with a promise that every day here starts off sunny with blue sky. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate while the girls were in Jarabacoa. We did get to go to Bamboo Hole where Terry recieved his Harry Potter scar, but weren't able to go swimming because of the cold and drizzle. But, it was beautiful none the less.

That evening we went to our favourite chicken stand and ended the evening with Terry taking the girls on a thrilling motorcycle ride around town.
The next day we had planned on going tubing in the afternoon (we had to work in the morning), but Terry and I decided against it because of the cold. We got home to find Maryanne and Ashley in bathing suits and shorts ready to go. We quickly convinced them of how cold the water would be and decided to head for the beach one day early. So, we packed into our little rented Daihatsu and drove into the sunshine.
Tuesday we tackled 27 waterfalls once again. Ashley kept asking if we were bored with doing it again, but I don't think you can get bored at a place as stunning as that. The rest of the week was spent sunning, beating the girls at lawn bowling, beating Dominicans at beach volleyball and dodging naked Europeans.

Maryanne and Ashley boogie boarding, taken just before the wave slammed them, it was quite funny.

We had a blast with them and can't wait to see the whole family in only two short months.

You don't shoot waterfalls on a tube like the falls in picture 2, do you? If so, can you please post some pictures?

We just saw Char and Matt for the last time before they leave for the bush. We all miss yous guys.
